Payment and cancellation policy

Payment

After you have made a reservation request using the form on this website, you will receive a confirmation email. To make the final reservation we require a deposit of 50%. The remainder is to be paid in cash upon arrival. This information is all in the email.

Cancellation

We use the following cancellation policy:

  • cancelling up to 3 weeks in advance is free of charge, you get the deposit refunded;
  • cancellation up to two weeks in advance you will owe 25%, you get half of the deposit refunded;
  • cancellation up to one week or less in advance, you pay 50%, the deposit will not be refunded.
